Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time, in-house Marketing Coordinator to help manage and grow our company’s marketing, online presence, and online cabinet sales. This position will work directly with management to create, organize, and execute marketing strategies across Meta/Facebook, Google, social media, online ads, content creation, and digital sales support.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Meta/Facebook advertising, Google marketing tools, audience targeting, engagement tracking, and lead generation. We are looking for someone who understands how online marketing works and can help build a structured marketing system for our business.
This is not a remote position. The Marketing Coordinator will work in person and will be involved in creating content, organizing campaigns, tracking results, supporting online cabinet sales, and helping the company bring in more leads and customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and monitor marketing campaigns through Meta/Facebook, Google, and other online platforms.
Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ads, including audience targeting, location targeting, engagement tracking, and campaign performance.
Assist with Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and other Google marketing tools to increase online visibility and customer leads.
Support the company’s online cabinet sales by helping promote products, organize online marketing, and drive customers to purchase through the online store.
Track marketing performance, including engagement, leads, calls, messages, online traffic, and customer interest.
Help identify target customers, service areas, contractor audiences, homeowners, builders, and other potential buyers.
Create and organize marketing content, including photos, videos, social media posts, ads, product promotions, and before-and-after project content.
Take or collect photos and videos of cabinets, countertops, slabs, showroom displays, completed installs, and customer projects.
Work with contractors, installers, sales staff, and management to collect before-and-after photos for marketing use.
Create marketing materials such as flyers, social media graphics, promotions, captions, and product advertisements.
Help manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and customer inquiries from marketing platforms.
Assist with website or online store updates related to cabinets, products, promotions, photos, and descriptions.
Organize marketing files, content calendars, campaign information, photos, videos, and reports.
Provide marketing insight and recommendations to management based on campaign results.
Help train or guide the team on marketing processes, online leads, content collection, and campaign structure.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience required.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred/required.
Experience with Meta/Facebook Ads Manager required.
Experience with Google Ads, Google Business Profile, or Google Analytics preferred.
Knowledge of digital marketing, audience targeting, lead generation, engagement tracking, and campaign reporting.
Experience with social media marketing, online advertising, and content creation.
Strong understanding of how to turn online engagement into customer leads or sales.
Experience with online sales, e-commerce, product listings, or online store marketing is a plus.
Experience in cabinets, countertops, stone, construction, remodeling, home improvement, or contractor-related marketing is a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple marketing tasks and campaigns at the same time.
Must be reliable, professional, creative, and comfortable working in person with management and staff.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Mandarin speaking is a plus, but not required.
Pay: From $20.50 per hour
