Marketing Coordinator
Progressive Auto Group is a growing automotive organization committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences across our dealerships throughout Southwestern Ontario. As our internal marketing team continues to grow, we are expanding our marketing structure by adding dedicated Marketing Coordinator roles to support dealerships across our organization.
We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day marketing efforts across three dealership locations. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and dealership leadership teams, this role will help coordinate campaigns, manage social media, support events, and execute marketing initiatives across multiple brands.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media management, and marketing execution, while also wanting to grow into broader dealership marketing strategy and operations over time.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
Manage and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Capture photo and video content within the dealerships
Write captions and maintain a consistent brand voice
Coordinate content calendars and posting schedules
Monitor engagement opportunities and community interaction
Assist with creative development for paid social campaigns
Marketing Coordination
Support monthly marketing campaigns across assigned dealership brands
Assist with website updates, digital assets, and promotional materials
Coordinate marketing requests, sponsorships, events, and community partnerships
Track campaign timelines and maintain organized marketing files and assets
Support communication between dealerships, vendors, and the internal marketing team
Creative & Brand Support
Assist with planning promotions, video shoots, staff spotlights, and dealership campaigns
Support branding consistency across all marketing materials and social channels
Assist with reporting, analytics, and ongoing marketing initiatives
Qualifications
Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand preferred
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is considered an asset
Automotive industry experience is considered an asset, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $40,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience

In-person position based in Sarnia, Ontario
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Some evening and weekend event coverage may occasionally be required
