Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Marketing Coordinator who can combine creativity with execution.
This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content that helps businesses build their brand, engage their audience, and achieve their marketing goals. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and creative partners to ensure content is delivered consistently and effectively across multiple channels.
You will be supporting clients across various industries, including manufacturing, construction, and luxury residential businesses. Because of this, you should be comfortable adapting your writing style, content strategy, and messaging to different audiences while maintaining high-quality output.
What You'll Be DoingContent Creation and Management
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms
- Develop content calendars and coordinate content schedules
- Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Repurpose content into multiple formats to maximize reach and engagement
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and business objectives
Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts across various platforms
- Plan, schedule, and publish content
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to interactions when required
- Track social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in growing online communities and strengthening brand presence
Client Communication and Strategy
- Work directly with clients to understand business goals and marketing objectives
- Help develop content strategies that support client growth
- Maintain positive client relationships through clear and professional communication
- Coordinate feedback, revisions, and approvals throughout content projects
SEO and Performance Optimization
- Apply basic SEO best practices to improve content visibility
- Conduct keyword research using available SEO tools
- Optimize website and blog content for search performance
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on results
Collaboration and Reporting
- Work closely with designers and creative teams to produce visually engaging content
- Coordinate with marketing specialists and stakeholders on campaigns
- Prepare reports on content performance, audience engagement, and campaign outcomes
- Use insights and analytics to continuously improve content strategies

Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media management
- Experience creating content across multiple digital platforms
- Experience managing social media accounts and campaigns
- Experience handling multiple clients or accounts
- Experience working with both international and Philippine clients is preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or luxury residential industries is preferred
Systems and Tools
- Canva
- Social media scheduling platforms
- Website builders and CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar
- SEO tools such as UberSuggest, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
- Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
- HubSpot or other CRM platforms
- Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with AI and LLM tools that support content creation and marketing workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment
- Basic graphic design skills
- Email marketing experience
- Experience creating long-form and short-form content
- Understanding of paid social media campaigns
- Experience working alongside SEO specialists and design teams
Work Setup
- Hybrid Set up - 2 - 3 days Office
- Full-time
- Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup
