About the Role
We are an early-stage business preparing to launch a new category of immersive entertainment into the commercial market.
Following extensive product development, prototyping, and industry exposure, we are now entering an exciting pre-launch phase ahead of full commercial rollout. We are looking for a proactive and highly capable Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in executing and delivering our marketing activity during this next stage of growth.
This is a hands-on opportunity suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving startup environment where no two days are the same. The role will evolve as the business grows, making it ideal for someone who is adaptable, self-motivated, and excited to help shape a brand from an early stage.
About Us
We design and manufacture advanced simulation-based entertainment systems for commercial venues.
Our products include multiple simulator formats designed for a broad audience, including adult, youth, and fully accessible experiences. Having developed fully functioning prototypes and showcased them within industry environments, we are now focused on preparing for commercial launch and scaling deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Strategy
- Support and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage and grow all social media channels
- Create engaging, high-quality content, with a strong focus on video
- Present confidently on camera where required
- Monitor performance and demonstrate measurable growth and engagement
- Assist with paid social campaigns where appropriate
Events & Demonstrations
- Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions, launches, and live events
- Coordinate and assist with product demonstrations
- Help maintain showroom and presentation environments to a high standard
Lead Generation & Commercial Support
- Support lead generation initiatives from an early stage
- Identify and engage prospective clients
- Assist with outreach, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activity
General Business Support
- Contribute across the wider business where needed
- Assist with practical and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain strong organisation across multiple projects and activities
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven ability to grow and manage social media platforms with measurable results
- Strong content creation skills, especially video content
- Highly proactive with excellent initiative and ownership
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communicator both on and off camera
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
- Comfortable working independently without close supervision
Desirable
- Experience with paid social advertising
- Event or exhibition experience
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-moving business
- Interest in gaming, motorsport, or immersive technology
Additional Information
- Remote-first role with frequent travel across London and the UK
- The position is expected to evolve as the business grows
- Candidates should ideally be based within reasonable travel distance of London/M25

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
