Role Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will serve as the primary marketing partner for Fidelity National Title San Antonio. This organization is a leader in residential and commercial title and escrow services, working with agents, attorneys, brokers, investors, and lenders to facilitate real estate transactions of all sizes.
You will play a key role in developing and executing both digital and print marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables. This role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating closely with sales executives and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Develop, design, and edit digital and print marketing materials
- Collaborate with sales executives to support marketing strategies and business goals
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials and campaigns
Digital Tools & Platforms
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) for content creation and editing
- Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Marketo (or similar tools like Mailchimp/Constant Contact)
- Perform website updates and support SEO initiatives (no coding required)
- Manage and contribute to social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Work with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with project management tools (Wrike, Asana, Basecamp) and file-sharing platforms (Dropbox, SharePoint) is a plus
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing or Marketo is preferred
Content Development
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials (flyers, eBooks, presentations, advertisements)
- Draft press releases and professional biographies
- Update and repurpose existing content for new marketing initiatives
Print & Production
- Coordinate production of promotional items and printed materials
- Ensure quality and brand alignment across all deliverables
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate and distribute marketing reports
- Track campaign performance and engagement metrics (including URL tracking)
Training & Collaboration
- Lead trainings and presentations for internal teams
- Support onboarding and adoption of marketing tools and platforms
- Act as a liaison between sales, leadership, marketing, and external vendors
- Coordinate projects such as business cards, websites, events, sponsorships, and advertising initiatives
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain and update contact databases
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
- Coordinate photoshoots, events, and travel arrangements
- Assist with corporate donations and sponsorships
- Conduct prospecting and company research

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
