Harker is hiring a creative, organized, digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to help tell our story, showcase our projects, and support business growth. If you love content, design, and bringing ideas to life—you’ll fit right in.
We’re also an employee-owned company (ESOP), which means the work you do directly contributes to something you have a stake in.
You’ll work directly with our Chief Strategy Officer, so your ideas won’t sit on a shelf—they’ll shape the brand.
What you’ll do
· Create content for social, web, email, and campaigns
· Help tell the story of our projects (photos, case studies, storytelling)
· Support proposals and business development materials
· Keep our brand sharp and consistent
· Manage marketing calendars, campaigns, and deadlines
· Track performance and suggest improvements
· Assist with events, partnerships, and community presence
What we’re looking for
· Creative and organized
· Strong writing and visual instincts
· Comfort with digital tools (social, CMS, Canva/Adobe)
· Ability to manage multiple projects
· Self-starter with collaborative mindset
· Interest in construction is a plus
The basics
· 2+ years of marketing/communications experience preferred
· Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar (or equivalent experience)
