Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Consultant is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, increase client acquisition, and support business growth. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage marketing campaigns, digital platforms, client engagement initiatives, and internal activations.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role.
- Experience in professional services marketing is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
- Valid driver's licence.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy
- Develop and implement the firm's marketing strategy.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and market presence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor marketing trends and recommend new initiatives.
Brand Management
- Maintain and enhance the firm's brand identity.
- Handle all PR and events
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials.
- Manage the development of brochures, presentations, proposals, and promotional material.
- Oversee corporate communications and brand messaging.
Digital Marketing
- Manage the firm's website and online presence.
- Create and publish content across social media platforms.
- Implement email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website and social media performance metrics.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns where applicable.
Business Development Support
- Assist with lead generation initiatives.
- Coordinate networking events, seminars, webinars, and client engagement activities.
- Identify opportunities to promote the firm's services.
Content Creation
- Develop marketing content including articles, newsletters, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate the production of internal and external communications.
- Ensure content aligns with the firm's strategic objectives and brand standards.
Reporting and Analysis
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Measure return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate marketing records and databases.
