Marketing & Customer Acquisition Executive (Digital Focus)

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hands-on execution role focused on digital marketing and lead generation.

You will be responsible for creating content, managing social media platforms, and supporting campaigns that drive customer enquiries and business growth.

You will work directly with the business owner, who has extensive marketing experience, and will be guided on strategy and direction.

I) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content & Social Media

• Create and post content on platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Manage daily social media activity (posts, comments, messages)
• Develop simple, engaging content (photos, short videos, captions)

Lead Generation

• Support campaigns to generate customer enquiries
• Track incoming leads (WhatsApp, website, social media)
• Assist in improving lead conversion

Website & Digital Support

• Update website content (basic edits)
• Coordinate with designers or freelancers if needed

Campaign Execution

• Assist in running promotions and campaigns
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements

II) REQUIREMENTS

Experience

• 1–3 years in digital marketing / social media
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolio may be considered

Skills

• Comfortable with social media platforms (IG, FB, TikTok)
• Basic content creation (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Basic understanding of ads (Meta Ads is a plus)

• Proactive and willing to try new ideas
• Fast learner and able to take direction
• Not afraid to experiment and improve
• Responsible and consistent in execution

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
