Marketing / Digital Content Specialist (Remote)
About the role:
We are seeking two highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialists to join our team. These roles will support our digital marketing efforts through content creation, social media management, and brand development across multiple platforms.
We are currently hiring for two Digital Production specializations:
- Digital Production – Graphic & Content Design Focus - Responsible for creating engaging graphics, marketing materials, and social media content while supporting content planning, brand consistency, and social media optimization.
- Digital Production – Video & YouTube Focus- Responsible for creating and editing videos, reels, and short-form content, while supporting YouTube channel growth through content optimization, publishing, and audience engagement strategies.Both positions will support marketing initiatives, social media scheduling, content planning, and brand visibility across digital channels. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately are essential, as most assignments and collaboration will take place through email and other digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic & Content Design Focus
- Design and produce visually appealing graphics, layouts, and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe InDesign, and similar tools
- Create social media graphics and branded content for multiple platforms
- Support content planning, calendar management, and social media optimization
- Develop and schedule marketing emails, including drafting content and coordinating send-out timelines
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing materials
Video & YouTube Focus
- Create, edit, and optimize short-form videos, reels, and social media content
- Design supporting graphics and visual assets for video campaigns
- Upload, optimize, and manage YouTube content including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and playlists
- Support YouTube channel growth through content optimization and audience engagement strategies
- Monitor video performance metrics and recommend improvements
Shared Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns
- Manage social media content planning, including calendar creation, post scheduling, and content delivery
- Follow content guidelines and instructions accurately to ensure consistent and high-quality output
- Schedule and publish posts across various social media channels
- Monitor social media engagement, including comments and messages, and respond when needed
- Maintain an organized library of content assets and ensure materials are stored and updated properly
- Collaborate with the team to support ongoing marketing initiatives and campaign planning
- Track engagement metrics and share insights to improve performance
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related creative role
- Experience drafting marketing emails with strong writing skills is preferred
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe InDesign
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Experience creating video content, reels, and social media assets
- Understanding of social media management, engagement tracking, and content planning
- Experience with YouTube channel management and optimization is highly preferred for the Video & YouTube specialization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong reading comprehension
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling abilities
- Must be available to work full-time during U.S. business hours
