Marketing Event Specialist
The Marketing Event Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of corporate marketing events. This role ensures that all events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards, while providing a seamless and high-quality experience for clients, partners, and stakeholders.
The role requires strong project management, vendor coordination, attention to detail, and proactive communication, particularly in fast-paced and high-visibility environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Planning and Execution
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, including conferences, product launches, client engagements, and partner events.
- Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure all event elements (venue, logistics, materials, branding) are fully prepared in advance.
2. Vendor and Venue Management
- Coordinate with venues, suppliers, and third-party vendors (catering, production, design, etc.)
- Manage event contracts, including review of terms and conditions prior to approval.
- Ensure all deliverables (food, setup, AV, staging, etc.) are properly executed.
3. Budget and Administrative Management
- Prepare event budgets and cost estimates.
- Process purchase requests, payments, and billing coordination in a timely manner.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
4. Logistics and On-Site Management
- Oversee event setup, registration, program flow, and breakdown.
- Ensure all logistical requirements (tables, seating, food, signage, materials) are in place.
- Act as the primary point of contact during events, resolving issues in real time.
5. Marketing and Branding Alignment
- Ensure events are aligned with marketing objectives and brand standards.
- Coordinate event collaterals such as backdrops, presentations, giveaways, and digital assets.
- Work closely with marketing teams to deliver a strong and consistent brand pressure.
6. Communication and Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams, management, and vendors.
- Provide regular updates on event status, risks, and requirements.
- Ensure responsiveness, especially before and during live events.
7. Post-Event Evaluation
- Prepare post-event reports, including feedback, attendance, and outcomes.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements for future events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration (major in Marketing or Management), Advertising, Public Relations, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in event management, marketing, or a related role.
- Proven experience handling corporate events and vendor coordination.
- Any marketing-related certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing) are an advantage but not required.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
