Job Overview
The Marketing & Events Coordinator will support the execution of marketing initiatives and manage the coordination of industry trade shows, customer events, and marketing logistics across MBHC and NP Nutra.
This role is responsible for coordinating trade show logistics, vendor management, marketing materials, travel arrangements, lead retrieval systems, and event execution while also supporting broader marketing activities including collateral management, CRM coordination, social media support, digital marketing assistance, and administrative marketing functions.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Trade Show & Event Coordination
- Coordinate all aspects of trade show and event logistics including booth reservations, shipping, drayage, electrical, catering, setup, and teardown.
- Manage timelines, deadlines, and communication with trade show organizers and external vendors.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, schedules, and event logistics for attending staff.
- Maintain inventory and organization of trade show materials, branded giveaways, signage, and marketing collateral.
- Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown as needed.
- Coordinate lead retrieval systems and assist with post-show lead organization and distribution.
- Track trade show expenses and assist with budget management and receipt reconciliation.
Marketing Support
- Assist with day-to-day marketing coordination and administrative support activities.
- Help maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and campaign timelines.
- Support website updates, content organization, and digital asset management.
- Assist with customer communications, presentation preparation, and marketing documentation.
Brand & Content Coordination
- Ensure brand consistency across trade show materials, presentations, and marketing assets.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, designers, and agency partners.
- Support the organization and management of product information, photography, and marketing content.
- Assist with gathering customer testimonials, photos, event recaps, and social content from trade shows and events.
Qualifications –
· 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, trade show coordination, administrative support, or related fields.
· Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common business software platforms.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
· Ability to travel to trade shows and assist with event setup and execution.
· Ability to lift and move trade show materials and marketing assets as needed.
Education and/or Experience
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· 1-3 years of experience in Event Planning
· Experience within natural products, nutraceuticals, food & beverage, herbs/botanicals, or related industries.
· Experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, or customer events.
Skills
· Strong research skills and excellent command of the English language

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
