Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in software product sales, enterprise solutions, and B2B marketing. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and relationship-building skills and be willing to travel for client meetings, field visits, product demonstrations, and business development activities.
The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell enterprise software products and IT services, generate new business opportunities, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's enterprise software products, SaaS solutions, ERP systems, and IT services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, lead generation, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and business discussions.
- Perform regular client visits and field marketing activities to generate and convert leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and enterprise clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software products and service solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth client onboarding and project discussions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and competitor insights.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, and business networking events.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Software Sales, IT Sales, Enterprise Product Sales, or B2B Marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling corporate clients and enterprise-level sales.
- Good understanding of ERP solutions, SaaS products, software applications, and IT services.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, field visits, and business development activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
