About the Role
Fast Accounting is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, client acquisition, business development, and marketing.
You will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, promoting the company’s services, and contributing directly to revenue growth and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
Sales and Client Acquisition
You will actively identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, social media, cold outreach, and business development activities. You will follow up on leads, arrange meetings, and present the company’s services professionally.
Business Development
You will assist in expanding the company’s client base by sourcing new business opportunities, building strong professional relationships, and supporting partnership opportunities.
Lead Generation and Conversion
You will support lead generation campaigns and work closely with the team to convert enquiries into successful sales opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
You will maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, providing suitable solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Marketing and Brand Awareness
You will assist with marketing campaigns, social media content, promotional activities, and branding efforts to improve the company’s visibility and engagement.
Sales Reporting and Market Research
You will maintain records of leads, sales activities, and follow-ups while monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Applicants should possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
Candidates should have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with confidence in speaking to clients and closing deals.
You should be proactive, target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, business development, customer service, or digital marketing will be an advantage.
Knowledge of CRM systems, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or digital communication tools would also be beneficial.
