Marketing Executive
Responsibilities: Driving Brand Growth and Engagement
Marketing Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the group's marketing strategy and plan, focused on boosting brand awareness and driving sales growth.
Digital & Social Media Leadership: Proactively manage content creation, scheduling, and updates across all digital channels and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.
Creative Collateral Development: Design and produce high-quality online and offline marketing materials and sales tools (e.g. menus, posters, flyers, tent cards).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal teams and external agencies on product launches, promotions, and key sales activities.
Market Intelligence & Research: Conduct competitive analysis to explore new promotion channels and gather actionable insights on market trends and competitor offers.
Operational & Event Support: Assist with the successful coordination and execution of company events and workshops, alongside providing essential administrative support.
Requirements: What You'll Bring
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a business-related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience; experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is a strong plus.
Fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios and demonstrable passion are welcome to apply.
Technical & Creative Skills:
Proficiency in digital content creation tools, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Demonstrated skills in photography, videography, and managing major social media platforms.
Knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva) and artificial intelligence applications is a bonus.
Core Competencies:
Strong written, presentation, and communication skills in both Cantonese and English.
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
A collaborative mindset for working seamlessly with internal and external partners.
Logistics:
Immediate availability is highly preferred
