JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Lead and manage live streaming activities, including live hosts, scheduling, content flow, and performance to drive engagement and sales.
Manage KOLs, influencers, and seeders end-to-end (sourcing, briefing, coordination, and performance tracking) to boost brand visibility.
Oversee social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging, content planning, and performance optimization.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and timely delivery.
Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and prepare insightful reports for strategic decision-making.
Monitor campaign and social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations.
Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and support marketing events and activations.
Ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support marketing objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and marketing performance metrics.
Knowledge of strategic marketing planning principles and best practices.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Familiar with social media management and web analytics tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Creative mindset with strong commercial and market awareness.
