Job Description

Monitor precious metal market trends, exchange rates, and industry developments to support business decisions.
Prepare quotations, costing analysis, and business proposals with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Perform calculations, pricing analysis, and data evaluation for trading and sales activities.
Support management in market research, reporting, and business strategy planning.
Actively approaching new customers and business opportunities.
Troubleshoot operational or customer-related issues with logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Provide professional customer service and timely support to customers.
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and project coordination.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth business operations.
Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate records for quotations, reports, and transactions.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Good coordination and communication skills with the ability to work with different departments and external stakeholders.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Interested in precious metal market, commodity trading, or financial market trends.
Sensitive to numbers with strong calculation and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented and organized in handling tasks and documentation.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience in quotation preparation, proposal writing, or trading environment will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong interest and learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
