Position: Marketing Executive

Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to increase patient referrals and promote the diagnostic services offered by the centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities on a daily basis.
• Promote the diagnostic centre's services, including CT Scan, MRI, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Pathology, and Health Check-up Packages.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with referring doctors and healthcare providers.
• Conduct regular follow-up visits to existing and potential referral sources.
• Inform doctors about new services, offers, and special diagnostic packages.
• Collect feedback from doctors and patients and report it to management.
• Achieve monthly targets for referral generation and business growth.
• Maintain daily visit reports and submit them to management.
• Share live location and geo-tagged visit photographs during field visits.
• Attend morning reporting meetings before proceeding to field work.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential referral partners.
• Represent the diagnostic centre professionally and maintain the organization's reputation.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or hospital marketing preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare and diagnostic services.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone applications.

Performance Expectations

• Minimum 15 doctor/clinic visits per day.
• Daily reporting with visit details and geo-tagged photographs.
• Regular follow-up with existing referral doctors.
• Achievement of monthly business and referral targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
