Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media channels, and email marketing.
- Oversee SEO strategies to improve website ranking and optimise content for search engines using tools like Google Analytics and WordPress.
- Create engaging content through copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, and multimedia presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and generate detailed reports to inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Manage social media accounts, fostering engagement and brand awareness.
- Lead B2B marketing efforts, establishing strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Supervise junior team members, providing leadership and mentorship as needed.
- Maintain organised records of campaigns, budgets, and schedules using Microsoft Excel and organisational tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management, project management, and digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data to optimise campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting skills tailored for diverse audiences across B2B channels.
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management and B2B marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
