Position: Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive – Calibration Instruments
Salary: ₹ 25,000/- to 30,000/- per month
Preferred Qualification
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Science) or B.E./B.Tech (Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics).
- 5–8 years of experience in calibration services, instrumentation sales, or industrial marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote calibration services and calibration instruments to industrial clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, automotive, environmental, laboratory, and process industries.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, email marketing, and customer references.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable calibration solutions and instruments.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with the calibration laboratory and technical team for service execution.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records regularly.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and industry networking events.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of calibration instruments and laboratory services.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities.
