Marketing Executive / Community Engagement Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and execute marketing, promotional and community engagement activities for the site.
- Handle and manage the site’s social media platforms, including preparing content, captions, photos, videos, announcements and engagement posts.
- Create simple marketing materials, posters, notices, digital content and promotional write-ups for site activities and campaigns.
- Promote site activities, events, facilities, vendors and relevant announcements to residents, tenants and visitors.
- Plan and coordinate activities to encourage resident and tenant engagement, such as community events, festive activities, mini campaigns, bazaars, health activities, vendor promotions and other site programs.
- Liaise and coordinate with residents, tenants, vendors, contractors and the management team before, during and after site activities.
- Assist in sourcing, communicating and coordinating with vendors, sponsors or partners for site events and promotional activities.
- Attend and support on-ground activities, including registration, crowd engagement, vendor coordination, photography, video taking and general event support.
- Monitor feedback from residents, tenants, vendors and participants during activities and report to management for improvement.
- Assist in improving the image, branding and public engagement of the site.
- Maintain proper records of activities, including photos, attendance, vendor details, feedback and post-event reports.
- Prepare monthly marketing and activity reports for management review.
- Work closely with the building management team to ensure all activities are suitable, safe and properly coordinated.
- Assist in handling enquiries related to site events, promotions, vendor participation and community engagement.
- Perform any other duties related to marketing, social media, events and site engagement as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Event Management, Public Relations or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in marketing, social media, event coordination, customer service, property management or community engagement will be an added advantage.
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Creative, friendly, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Comfortable dealing with residents, tenants, vendors and the public.
- Basic skills in Canva, social media posting, photography, video editing or content creation will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work on-site and assist during activities or events when required.
- Candidate must possess own transport and be able to travel for site-related activities, meetings, vendor coordination and events when required.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.
Saturday: 8.30 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.
