What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and execute exhibitions, roadshows, pop-up booths, and corporate events to strengthen brand visibility and create meaningful customer engagement
• Manage end-to-end event operations including setup, logistics, booth displays, branding materials, and coordination with event organisers and vendors
• Represent the brand on-ground by engaging potential clients, introducing our custom apparel and merchandise solutions, and identifying business opportunities
• Support lead generation by collecting customer enquiries, working closely with the sales team, and helping convert event interactions into qualified leads
• Track event performance, prepare post-event reports, and support the creation of marketing decks, proposals, and presentation materials for future campaigns and client meetings

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in event marketing, exhibitions, or brand activation
• Experience in B2B marketing or merchandise industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organised, and hands-on in execution
• Comfortable engaging customers face-to-face
• Able to work in a fast-moving environment
• Willing to travel and support weekend events when needed

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
