Marketing Executive (Fashion Sports Apparel)
As a Marketing Executive, you will help shape impactful brand moments across multiple channels, from in-store activations to digital campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and engage communities. Key Responsibilities
Ø Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across retail, e-commerce, digital, and community channels.
Ø Coordinate marketing activities between internal teams (E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, CRM, Wholesale) and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
Ø Track and manage campaign timelines, marketing assets, and budget allocations to ensure efficient rollouts.
Ø Assist in planning and maintaining the content calendar across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, XHS, and other relevant platforms) aligned with product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
Ø Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external partners to produce engaging visual and video assets for social and marketing campaigns.
Ø Execute local marketing initiatives including grassroots and community events, athlete or ambassador activations, and in-store campaigns.
Ø Ensure brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity are consistently applied across all marketing touchpoints.
Ø Liaise with partners, malls, media, and community groups to support marketing activations and collaborations.
Ø Monitor and analyse campaign performance, consumer insights, and market trends to provide actionable recommendations.
Ø Contribute creative ideas and assist in developing marketing content that reflects the brand’s positioning.
Ø Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to support marketing strategy.
Requirements
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
Ø Minimum 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the fashion lifestyle or sports industry.
Ø Good understanding of brand marketing, with hands-on experience supporting campaign execution across online and offline channels.
Ø Basic understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, XHS), including content formats, audience behaviors, and platform algorithms.
Ø Ability to analyse basic sales and marketing data to draw simple insights and support campaign reporting.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ø Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
Ø Creative, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ø Interest in and familiarity with industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior within the sports lifestyle and fashion space.
Ø Willingness to travel or work flexible hours occasionally during campaign periods or brand events.

Ø Experience working in a fast-paced environment or across different consumer segments (e.g., Fashion, Sports, lifestyle, or retail).
Ø Passion for lifestyle trends, digital trends, emerging platforms, and experimenting with new content formats (e.g., Reels, TikTok trends, interactive stories).
Ø Familiarity with influencer or creator collaboration processes.
Ø Ability to adapt tone, style, and messaging for different brand voices or target audiences

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
