Job Description
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to support brand awareness, lead generation, and business objectives.
- Coordinate and manage email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, paid ads, webinars, and content marketing initiatives.

Work closely with sales, lead generation, and business teams to support pipeline creation and account-based marketing (ABM) activities.

Assist in the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters, landing pages, and emailers.

Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend optimization strategies for better ROI.

Support event marketing activities, including exhibitions, sponsorships, webinars, conferences, and industry outreach initiatives.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies for campaign execution and content development
- Manage and update social media platforms, and digital assets to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Requirements

Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (email marketing, social media, paid campaigns, content marketing).
- Experience in campaign planning and execution across digital channels.

Basic Understanding of lead generation activities.

Understanding of marketing automation or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).

Ability to create and coordinate marketing collateral and content (emails, brochures, presentations, landing pages, social posts).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, campaign performance tracking, KPIs).

Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
