Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our e-commerce team. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing online platforms and driving brand awareness to increase traffic, customer engagement, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Manage company’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
• Assist in content creation for product listings, social media, EDMs and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Coordinate with design, sales and operations teams to implement marketing strategies.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support SEO/SEM strategies to drive website traffic and improve search rankings.
• Manage online marketplace accounts (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) including campaigns and promotions.
• Assist in planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand collaborations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of working experience in digital marketing/e-commerce (fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome).
• Good knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing).
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Creative, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin are an added advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
