What you'll be doing?

Advertising Management: Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns across social media, search engines, and e-commerce platforms to ensure alignment with brand strategy and maximize ROI.
Content Strategy: Develop localized content and campaign strategies based on business objectives and audience insights, collaborating with creative teams to ensure effective multi-channel communication.
Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning.
Marketing Data Analysis: Collect and analyze marketing performance data to deliver regular performance reports and recommendations for optimization efforts.
Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing projects.

Who are they looking for?

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising campaign management.
Skills: Proficient in major advertising platforms such as , Facebook Ads, and Google Ads;
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse audience.
Team Collaboration: Strong project management and multitasking skills, with a proactive mindset and excellent team collaboration abilities.
