About the role:
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive joining our marketing team. This is a full-time, fully office-based role, and you will report to the Marketing Manager directly.
The successful candidate will be coordinating promotion and menu development across the restaurants. Working closely with our culinary teams, you will also manage the creation of in-restaurant assets and enhance our visual presence on digital platforms to drive brand engagement.

Key duties & responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end development of Chef’s Special menus and seasonal promotions, from initial concept to launch.
- Work closely with stakeholders across restaurants to brainstorm menu innovations, ensuring promotions remain with authentic Cantonese culinary or specific theme while align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Arrange and oversee food photography and work with the team to design eye-catching assets.
- Manage the production and rollout of physical promotional materials, including posters and A5 tent cards etc.
- Organise holiday or festival campaign, including sourcing materials and briefing the restaurant teams on execution.
- Partner closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure campaigns are supported.
- Improve the brand’s visual presence on digital platform by managing menu imagery, descriptions, and promotion to drive orders.
- Track and analyse sales data and campaign metrics to evaluate the success of promotions and provide insights for future strategy and improvement.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, event, and marketing research.
- Execute marketing strategies and follow guidelines to drive consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members as needed, ensuring a department's goals are achieved.
The ideal applicant:
- A marketing or related degree with at least 1 year of experience; an interest in the food & beverage industry is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with kitchen teams and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive approach and excellent attention to detail with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in marketing tools such as SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- A passion for food and marketing; Cantonese speaker is desirable.
- Proficiency in Canva is desirable.
