Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and well-organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives across social media and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality marketing content, managing product listings on platforms such as Amazon and Noon, and supporting digital marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design and create engaging social media posts, stories, and promotional content.
Develop marketing materials including flyers, banners, brochures, and digital advertisements.
Manage, schedule, and monitor content across social media platforms.
Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon and Noon.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve visibility and conversions.
Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and inquiries on e-commerce platforms and coordinate responses where required.
Track daily and weekly sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate stock updates and product availability.
Support product photography and videography activities.
Assist in planning and maintaining monthly social media content calendars.
Conduct competitor and market research for social media and e-commerce channels.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and promotions.
Manage influencer content requirements and ensure brand guideline compliance.
Prepare performance reports for social media engagement and e-commerce analytics.
Maintain organized digital marketing assets and documentation.
Skills & Competencies
Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe design tools.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Portal.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Basic photo and video editing skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
