Marketing Executive / Senior Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing strategies across social media and offline channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role requires a hands-on, data-driven individual to manage campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products and services
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth implementation

2. Social Media Management

• Plan and manage social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), ensuring full alignment with overall brand objectives
• Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize content for better engagement and reach

3. Reporting & Analysis

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
• Utilize data insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI

4. Marketing Collaterals & Events

• Plan and execute marketing materials (digital assets, promotional materials)
• Support and coordinate events such as exhibitions and roadshows

5. E-Commerce Support

• Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, website, social media, and marketplace

6. Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent in any field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Proficient in digital platforms, social media management and campaign analytics
• Creative, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Up-to-date with current marketing trends and best practices
