Marketing Executive (Supplement Factory)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our health products, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the health products market.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, including OEM and ODM partners.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Marketing Strategy:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
• Develop content for promotional materials, such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with design and production teams for the creation of marketing materials.

Customer Engagement:

• Organize and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Market Analysis:

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Collect and analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the R&D team to understand product features and unique selling points.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin is required to ensure effective communication with Taiwan Management.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food manufacturing or health product industry.
• Understanding of OEM and ODM business models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
