Marketing & Executive Support Coordinator (Remote | Full-Time)
We are a rapidly growing, leading medical practice seeking a dynamic Marketing & Executive Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote, full-time position (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week) with a primary focus on marketing, branding, and outreach, along with limited high-level executive support responsibilities.
About the Role:
This individual will take ownership of key marketing initiatives that support the growth and visibility of our medical practice. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and execution-driven, with strong experience in digital marketing and brand coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage social media content creation, posting, and strategy
- Support brand development and marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Coordinate and organize conferences, events, and professional outreach initiatives
- Assist with digital content, promotional materials, and practice visibility efforts
- Provide limited high-level executive administrative support as needed
- Manage scheduling, communications, and coordination for leadership projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in marketing, social media, or brand management
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to execute independently
- Experience coordinating events or professional conferences preferred
- Comfortable supporting executive-level priorities when needed
- Healthcare or medical practice marketing experience is a plus but not required
