Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role will have a strong focus on content creation, with particular emphasis on video content for use across digital platforms.
The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, supporting lead generation, and engaging our audience through compelling, high-quality content. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing career within a dynamic B2B software environment.
The post is a permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, and offers a competitive salary (depending on experience) and benefits. The Integrity Software office is based in Lincoln, but we will consider candidates wishing to work on a hybrid basis. A requirement for this role is at least one day a week in the office and occasional ad-hoc travel for customer events and meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging, on-brand content for multiple platforms, including website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, case studies and marketing collateral
- Plan, create, and edit video content for use across social media, website, campaigns, and internal communications (e.g. short-form videos, product highlights, interviews, event content)
- Support the development and management of a content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery
- Manage social media content, including writing copy, scheduling posts and incorporating video assets
- Collaborate with other departments to translate technical or complex information into clear, engaging marketing content
- Support website content updates, including landing pages and SEO-optimised copy
- Assist with marketing campaigns and product launches, producing relevant content assets
- Monitor and report on content performance and engagement, using insights to improve future activity
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice and compliance requirements
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a marketing or content-focused role
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Experience creating video content, including filming and basic editing (experience with video editing tools is desirable)
- Understanding of content creation for digital channels, particularly social media and websites
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience within B2B, software or technology sectors is advantageous but not essential
