About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an admin-heavy, operational role that serves as a perfect stepping stone for anyone looking to build a solid foundation in marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Admin & Logistics: Prepare and distribute marketing materials (e.g., notices, visual merchandising, consent forms) directly to retail branches. Digital Operations: Update website content, track digital lead generation, and manage in-store digital displays (e.g., iPads, Shop TVs).
- Finance & Processing: Handle marketing-related invoice processing, expense tracking, and regional vendor payments.
- Project Support: Assist in executing joint promotions, compile performance reports, and conduct basic market research.
- Communication: Act as the key liaison between shopping malls, external vendors, retail branches, and internal designers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. No prior experience needed—fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office 365. Familiarity with basic digital tools is a plus. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
