Marketing & Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for someone who is eager to join our existing sales team in Dromore, County Down, Northern Ireland. Although based in Dromore, the sucessful cadidate would be required to work with cusomters in Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland.
Visits to our Dublin office would be required to develop this working relationship.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
- Handle administrative duties to support the inside sales function.
- Manage customer inquiries, quotes, and orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with customer and sales data.
- Generate and analyse sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Support for Outside Sales Team
- Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and communications with clients on behalf of the outside sales team.
- Prepare and distribute sales materials, proposals, and contracts.
Business Development
- Identify and engage new prospects to expand the customer base across the UK and Ireland.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive lead generation.
Customer Service
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective resolutions to inquiries and issues.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered consistently.
Training & Development
- Participate in comprehensive training programs in Northern Ireland, Dublin, and Holland to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in an inside sales or sales support role (preferred).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and custom CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
- Familiarity with sales processes and strategies is an advantage.
Hours of work
Monday - Friday: 8am to 4.30pm
