Marketing Manager/Executive

Job Summary
The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, student enrolment, and engagement. This role supports both online and offline marketing activities, including digital campaigns, content creation, events, partnerships, and promotional activities to achieve organizational growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Promotion
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote programmes, services, and events.
- Coordinate advertising and promotional activities across digital and traditional platforms.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms and update website content regularly.
- Create and schedule digital content to improve audience engagement.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support email marketing and lead nurturing activities.
Student Recruitment & Engagement
- Support student recruitment campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Coordinate school open houses, exhibitions, roadshows, and outreach events.
- Liaise with prospective students and parents to provide programme information.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agents, and stakeholders.
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Gather feedback and insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and marketing outcomes.
Administrative Support
- Maintain marketing databases and records.
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, and external agencies where necessary.
- Assist in budget tracking and procurement for marketing activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Good writing and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with design tools and marketing software is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the education industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and student recruitment processes.
- Basic photography, videography, or graphic design skills.
