About Us:
We are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence, guest engagement, room occupancy and revenue generation through digital and traditional marketing channels and monitor comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and event channels.
- Marketing Collaterals: Create marketing collaterals including brochures, newsletters, videos, and advertisements.
- Organize PR activities: Create influencer collaborations, media visits, and brand campaigns. Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Content & Branding: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns ensuring brand consistency.
- Lead Promotional Activities: Coordinate promotional activities for rooms, restaurants, banquets, weddings, and special events.
- Lead Generation: Develop strategies to attract qualified traffic and convert them into sales-ready leads. Work closely with OTA partners and marketing agencies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the ROI and performance of all marketing campaigns to pivot strategies as needed.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Strategy & Budgeting: Assist in developing the annual marketing budget and setting long-term brand goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media algorithms; excellent copy/content writing skills.
- Tools: Experience with Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Preferred Experience:
Experience with hotel brands, resorts, luxury hospitality, or hospitality groups.
Knowledge of OTA platforms such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, and Goibibo.
Experience in promoting weddings, MICE, destination events, and leisure travel segments.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
