Marketing Officer / Executive
Job responsibilities:
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
Develop and implement digital and creative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth
Oversee company’s social media accounts, including planning, posting, and engaging with audiences. Responsible for photo, video, and basic graphic content creation to maintain a consistent brand voice
Conduct market research and analyse performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Leasing and Operations, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives
Provide administrative support to the Leasing Team
Handle ad-hoc marketing and operational duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline
2 years of relevant experience in digital and creative marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry or a related field
Proficient in social media management, particularly on platforms like Instagram and Facebook
Familiarity with photo, graphic, and video editing software
Strong interest in learning about the aviation industry and leasing management
Good team player with a proactive, self-motivated, and willing-to-learn attitude
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Willingness to provide administrative support to the Leasing Team
