Marketing Operation Coordinator

Silver Peaks CPA is a premium financial advisory and CFO firm serving successful law firm owners across the United States.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to help execute and manage the operational side of our marketing programs, podcast, referral systems, CRM workflows, and content distribution.

This is not a social media influencer role or a basic administrative support position.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Loves organization and operational excellence
• Communicates professionally and confidently in English
• Enjoys systems, process management, and follow-through
• Can manage multiple moving parts without dropping details
• Takes pride in producing polished, high-quality work
• Operates proactively without constant oversight

You will work directly with the CEO and Fractional CMO in a high-trust environment with significant ownership and growth opportunities.

This position is remote in Mexico.

Compensation:

$2800 monthly

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Podcast coordination and scheduling
• CRM management and lead tracking
• Content repurposing and distribution
• Referral program coordination
• Marketing, reporting, and dashboards
• Social and email content coordination
• Administrative marketing support

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, executive support, or marketing operations
• Excellent written English communication
• CRM experience (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
• Canva or similar design tools
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Ability to work independently

Preferred:

• Podcast coordination experience
• LinkedIn or social media management
• Professional services industry experience
• Executive support experience
• Marketing agency or content operations experience

This Role Requires:

• Reliable internet
• Quiet professional workspace
• Webcam for meetings
• Ability to overlap several hours with US Mountain Time
