Marketing Operations Coordinator (Sales Funnels, Paid Traffic etc)
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to manage and optimize our sales funnels, paid traffic campaigns, lead generation systems, and digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will help execute marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, improve funnel performance, increase brand visibility, and boost conversion rates.
You will be responsible for testing different traffic sources, tracking campaign performance, improving landing pages, and helping create smooth customer journeys from first click to booked appointment or inbound call.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize sales funnels across multiple digital channels to maximize lead generation, appointment bookings, and customer engagement.
Manage and test paid traffic campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, native ads, and other emerging traffic sources to identify profitable lead channels.
Create, test, and optimize landing pages, lead forms, funnels, ad creatives, headlines, offers, and follow-up sequences to improve conversion rates.
Monitor funnel performance from click to lead, lead to appointment, and appointment to sale, using data to identify bottlenecks and improve results.
Utilize SEO tools and keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic through effective content strategies.
Oversee content creation for digital campaigns, including ad copy, landing page copy, graphics, short-form video concepts, and content management system updates such as WordPress.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, marketing automation tools, CRM reports, and other analytics platforms.
Coordinate social media marketing efforts across multiple channels and create posts that align with the company’s brand voice and lead generation goals.
Collaborate with sales, recruiting, and operations teams on email marketing campaigns, SMS follow-up, landing page development, and performance marketing initiatives.
Continuously test new traffic sources, offers, audiences, creatives, and funnel strategies to improve lead quality, lower cost per lead, and increase ROI.
Stay current with trends in digital marketing, paid advertising, SEM, B2B marketing, lead generation, and emerging advertising platforms.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing sales funnels, paid traffic campaigns, lead generation campaigns, or digital advertising initiatives.
Experience with financial services, appointment setting, lead generation, or performance marketing is preferred.
Strong proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.
Ability to test and analyze multiple traffic sources, campaigns, landing pages, offers, and creative angles.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization, funnel optimization, A/B testing, and landing page performance improvement.
Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, or tracking setup are a plus.
Experience with content creation, copywriting, graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, and landing page builders is highly desirable.
Familiarity with social media management tools and marketing best practices for lead generation campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic recommendations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
