Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert sales leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and field marketing
- Guide clients through property selection, inspections, documentation, and after-sales support
- Prepare and deliver property presentations, proposals, and investment pitches
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support digital marketing campaigns, property listings, and brand promotion activities
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and CRM updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
