Role Overview
Our client is seeking a result-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive property sales, generate qualified leads, and support the execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in converting prospects into buyers while strengthening the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through creative and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Identify and engage potential clients for property sales (residential/commercial)
- Convert leads into successful property sales or rental agreements.
- Assist clients with property viewings, provide guidance throughout the negotiation process, and maintain consistent follow-up to close deals.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
- Represent the company professionally during site tours, events, and networking engagements.
- Meet quarterly revenue targets and prepare monthly sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in marketing or related fields
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to generate leads and manage a sales line
- Result and strategy driven
- Market knowledge and confidence
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly/quarterly sales targets achieved
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Conversion rate (leads to closed deals)
- Client retention and referrals
Benefits
Performance-Based Commissions:
1% on company (internal) sales & 20% of the company’s fee on rentals and external sales

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
