Marketing Service Specialist
Sales & Marketing Representative personnel is the overall in charge of discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction under either Corporate & Private Accounts / Medical Healthcare Provider Account. promotes and sells medical diagnostic products and services to healthcare providers, hospitals, and laboratories. He/She may also do administrative/reporting tasks as needed.
1. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Act as the point of contact from the network prospect and clients;
· Negotiation, demonstrating, presentation and closing deals of prospect and clients;
· Promotion of diagnostics and clinical laboratory services to medical practioners
· Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
· Support business development program for the assigned territory/branch.
· Prepare and analyze sales reports;
· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences;
· Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports;
· Meet and identify new business sales opportunities, network and prospect by research, send outs of proposal, meetings, social media and cold calling of profiles;
· Build and maintain professional network of prospect and clients by providing support, information, recommendation and guidance to products;
· Implementation of relevant marketing programs.
· Provide excellent customer Service
· Render administrative and operational needed for the delivery of service as well as for the resolution of customer and other stakeholders concern.
· Handle other business development, sales and marketing related tasks as needed.
2. QUALIFICATIONS
1.1 Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology/Laboratory Scient
1.2 At least 1 year solid experience sales;
1.3 Must have Sales experience in a Hospital/ Diagnostic/Laboratory
1.4 Knowledgeable with SEO/SEM;
1.1 Preferably with Health Industry background and experience;
1.2 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
1.3 Excellent interpersonal skills;
1.4 Excellent sales and negotiation skills;
1.5 Excellent Presentation skills
1.6 Proficient in MS Office application
1.7 Can do field work.
