About the role
As a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in planning, creating, and executing content across your brand's owned marketing channels. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activity, coordinating content production, supporting campaign execution, and helping bring your assigned brand to life across multiple digital touchpoints.
Working closely with our Marketing, Creative, eCommerce, and Brand teams, you'll ensure all content is engaging, on-brand, commercially relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media activity across key platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, where relevant.
- Create, schedule, publish, and optimise engaging social content that aligns with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and manage social communities, responding to customer engagement and fostering positive brand interactions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Coordinate content production, including photoshoots, video shoots, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content initiatives.
- Identify emerging social media trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to keep brands relevant and engaging.
- Support influencer and creator partnerships, including product seeding and campaign coordination.
- Monitor campaign and social performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and growth.
About you
You're a confident and passionate social media enthusiast who combines creativity with strong organisation and attention to detail. You enjoy working collaboratively, can manage multiple priorities, and are always looking for new ways to connect brands with customers.

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of and passion for social media.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and collaboratively.
- Understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing channels, and key performance metrics.
- Understanding of the retail store landscape and customer journey.
- Current driver's licence.
Preferred experience
- Previous experience in a marketing, social media, or content coordination role.
- Experience within fashion, footwear, retail, or a multi-brand retail environment.
- Understanding of how integrated marketing campaigns are planned and executed across multiple channels.
- Experience using social media scheduling, reporting, and content management tools.
