Position Overview
The Marketing Specialist manages marketing projects and creative assets, collaborates across departments, and supports the CEO on marketing strategy and brand initiatives. The role requires strong organization, communication, and follow-through to keep all marketing activities running smoothly.
Over time, this position will expand to include leading marketing meetings and communicating directly with clients to understand needs, gather content, and enroll them in new projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, leveraging photos and videos from field activations.
- Work with design, sales, and booking teams to gather and organize creative content for campaigns and case studies.
- Communicate with and manage 3rd-party photographers, videographers, and content creators, ensuring brand quality and timely delivery.
- Support execution of proposals, QR Capture sequences, landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and case studies.
- Maintain a structured content calendar and organized asset library.
- Assist the CEO with content creation, marketing projects, and LinkedIn thought-leadership posts.
- Help build and deploy email campaigns, newsletters, and CRM marketing sequences.
- Track marketing results, engagement metrics, and prepare monthly summaries for leadership.
- Eventually participate in client discussions to identify marketing needs and opportunities and lead weekly marketing meetings and manage communication across departments.
