We are seeking a qualified and experienced Marketing Specialist to support our marketing and communications function and contribute to the organisation’s continued growth and market positioning.

About the role
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying market opportunities and supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote the organisation’s consulting services. The role contributes to strengthening brand presence, enhancing client engagement, and supporting business development activities.
This position requires a high level of autonomy and professional judgement in planning and delivering marketing initiatives, analysing market conditions, and improving communication effectiveness across digital and traditional channels.
Key responsibilities
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organisational and business development objectives
2. Identify and evaluate market opportunities, industry trends, and client needs to support service positioning
3. Create, manage, and publish content across digital platforms, including website and social media channels
4. Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns and promotional activities within agreed timeframes and budgets
5. Support business development initiatives through targeted marketing and communication strategies
6. Monitor competitor activity and broader market conditions to inform marketing decisions
7. Analyse campaign performance and digital engagement metrics to improve effectiveness and return on investment
8. Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all communication channels
9. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, including designers and media providers, to deliver marketing outcomes
10. Assist with the coordination of events, stakeholder engagement activities, and corporate communications
11. Provide input into service positioning, pricing considerations, and promotional approaches to support market competitiveness.
Key skills and experience requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a marketing, communications, or related professional role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop high-quality marketing content
- Experience in digital marketing, including social media management, website content, and campaign execution
- Ability to analyse data, interpret results, and provide actionable marketing insights
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Sound understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer engagement strategies
- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply
- At least three years of full-time relevant professional experience in a similar role is preferred.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in marketing, communications, PR and/or brand management, or a related discipline or a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
