- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, advertising or related fields.
- Proven track record of successful campaigns and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, and CRM software.
- Ability to analyse data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to craft compelling campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with teams, clients, and audiences.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and adapt to a rapidly changing market environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviours.
- Collaborating with design and content teams to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and align marketing efforts accordingly.
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective marketing strategies are implemented.
- Staying informed about competitors and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Creating and maintaining databases of customer information for targeted marketing efforts.
- Crafting marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive growth.
- Ensuring consistency in messaging and maintaining the company’s brand identity across platforms.
- Developing campaigns aimed at attracting and converting potential customers.
- Preparing and presenting reports to management that summarize campaign outcomes and suggest improvements.
- Building and nurturing relationships with customers through personalized communication.
- Addressing challenges that arise during campaigns and finding innovative solutions.
- Adhering to legal and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
