About the Role
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to lead client acquisition efforts through strategic LinkedIn outreach, podcast and YouTube marketing initiatives, and campaign performance analysis. In this role, you will drive marketing execution across multiple channels, contribute ideas that improve lead quality and visibility, and support the outreach pipeline that connects qualified prospects to discovery calls. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity where you'll bring creativity, improve conversion strategies, and grow within a supportive remote team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns, podcast growth strategies, and YouTube visibility initiatives that drive qualified inbound leads and support client acquisition.
- Coordinate podcast and YouTube publishing workflows, including blog posting and website content updates through WordPress, to maintain consistent marketing output.
- Analyze campaign and outreach performance to identify conversion opportunities and recommend practical improvements based on measurable results.
- Support inbound lead follow-up through email and LinkedIn to help move qualified prospects toward scheduled discovery calls.
Must-Have Skills
- Experience converting inbound or warm leads into booked discovery calls or qualified sales opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with confidence speaking to leads by phone when needed.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead nurturing, or relationship-based sales processes.
- Ability to think critically, handle objections professionally, and adapt messaging based on lead conversations.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple outreach and follow-up tasks consistently.
Nice-to-Have Skills (Bonus)
- Experience supporting podcast, YouTube, or long-form content marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach automation tools such as Expandi.
- Basic WordPress experience for publishing blogs or updating website content.
- Experience working within CRM systems, sales scripts, or structured follow-up workflows.
- Familiarity with B2B service-based sales or client acquisition environments.
