Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

Join our growing team! We are looking for an experienced, proactive Marketing Specialist (Full-Time) to take ownership of our marketing initiatives and support our expanding business in the renewable energy sector. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative content, event logistics, and sales enablement, playing a key role in driving our brand presence forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social media & Content: Elevate and manage our social media presence across core platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), creating engaging, industry-relevant content and campaigns that drive engagement.
• Event Management: Lead the coordination, logistics, and execution of industry trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate seminars from end to end.
• Sales Enablement: Support the sales and business development teams by ensuring they have high-quality, up-to-date collateral, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Brand Advocacy: Assist with brand promotion, customer engagement initiatives, and digital marketing activities to strengthen our market positioning.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation (ideally in a B2B or technical environment).
• Event Logistics: Demonstrated track record of organizing and successfully executing corporate events, trade shows, or industry exhibitions.
• Tools of the Trade: Practical experience with content creation and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, copywriting, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• Industry Context: Experience or a strong interest in solar, battery, or renewable energy hardware is highly desirable.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
