Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to help build and enhance our brand presence across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will develop marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all customer touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with creative, product, sales, and external agency teams to produce marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage content calendars and support content creation efforts.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and sponsorship activities.
- Track brand health metrics, customer sentiment, and market positioning.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for management based on campaign results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and consumer behavior.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media management.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Creative thinking combined with analytical problem-solving skills.
