Marketing Specialist
Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services. This role involves conducting market research, creating content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
1.0 Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for creating content, conducting market research, supporting brand consistency, and tracking performance across various digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering measurable marketing outcomes.
1.1 Campaign Development & Execution
Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and event channels.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Support localization and personalization efforts based on market or audience segment.
1.2 Content Creation & Asset Management
- Write, edit, and optimize content for websites, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Develop compelling email copy and campaign templates in line with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to produce visually engaging marketing materials.
1.3 Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct ongoing research on customer segments, market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Gather and analyze data to support campaign development, product positioning, and messaging.
- Generate insights to guide content strategy, pricing models, and lead generation approaches.
1.4 Brand Management & Messaging Consistency
Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms and channels.
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines in all marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Support initiatives to strengthen brand positioning across new and existing markets.
1.5 Performance Tracking, Reporting & Optimization
Monitor and report on KPIs related to campaign performance (e.g., CTR, CPC, engagement rate, lead quality).
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms to evaluate success.
- Assist in A/B testing, ROI analysis, and adjustments to campaigns based on performance data.
1.6 Support for Offline Events & Materials
Prepare marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, banners) for trade shows, university fairs, partner events, and internal activations.
- Assist with event promotion, logistics coordination, and post-event lead follow-up.
- Ensure all offline materials are aligned with brand standards and campaign messaging.
2.0 Additional Responsibilities
Contribute to cross-functional projects with admissions, academic, or product teams.
- Support internal communications and employee branding initiatives.
- Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and insights.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or directed by the Marketing Manager or supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing or communications.
- Experience working with CRM, email marketing, or digital advertising tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools like Canva, WordPress, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing metrics.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Deliverables and Reporting
- Contractor shall submit performance reports on a [monthly/quarterly/annual] basis
- KPIs and reporting templates will be provided by the Company
- All reports must be submitted by the deadlines set by HR or the Operations Team
