Marketing Specialist (B2B / Digital Marketing)
Job Description
As a Marketing Specialist, you will plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement for B2B clients in the automotive technology space.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, events)
Create content for websites, blogs, EDMs, case studies, and industry reports
Support B2B brand messaging for automotive industry clients
Collaborate with sales teams on lead generation campaigns
Run and optimise CRM marketing campaigns (e.g. HubSpot or similar platforms)
Plan and coordinate product launches and trade events
Manage social media channels and digital engagement activities
Work with external agencies, vendors, and partners
Analyse campaign performance and report on marketing ROI
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Requirements
Essential
2–5+ years experience in marketing (digital or B2B preferred)
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Experience with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
Experience in campaign management and lead generation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, automotive, tech, or B2B marketing
Understanding of marketing automation and performance tracking
Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
